Assistant Retail Manager – South Dixie (FT) Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast Pay Range $19.23/hr – $19.23/hr The Position At Goodwill, we aim to create a positive and fulfilling work environment with an emphasis on training and self‑empowerment. Responsibilities Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers. Partner with the Store Manager to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members. Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process. Support store operations with cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks. Build team schedules and manage payroll. Manage stewardship of donations and oversee budgeted expenses to revenue ratios and donor value.
