Role Description The Data Entry Clerk is a full-time remote role responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and clinic-related information in electronic systems. Day-to-day tasks include inputting data from various source documents, verifying the completeness and accuracy of records, and performing routine quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies. The role involves working closely with clinic staff to obtain missing information, responding to basic data-related inquiries, and following established procedures and privacy regulations. The Data Entry Clerk will also support general administrative workflows, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and use internal software tools to ensure data is organized, secure, and accessible to authorized team members.

Qualifications

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate and efficient data entry.
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity software and data entry systems.
• Administrative assistance experience, with the ability to manage records, follow procedures, and support routine office tasks.
• Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.

• Understanding of data privacy and security practices; experience in healthcare or medical office settings is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration or healthcare administration is beneficial.
