Leading the security program for a global fertility and family care platform, the remote Director of Information Security will set the security strategy, manage corporate and product security, and serve as a key advisor on security posture to executives and customers. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the security strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments and reporting progress to executive leadership Oversee the full security program, including corporate security and product security, while ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks Collaborate with Engineering to integrate security practices into system design, development, and operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in information security and 3 years in a leadership role Security certification such as CISSP or CISM Experience with healthcare data protection and privacy frameworks, including HIPAA and GDPR Strong knowledge of application, network, and cloud security, as well as enterprise security frameworks and audits
