What We Offer:Pay of $18.00 per hourFirst Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMReferral ProgramOpportunity for AdvancementWhat We're Looking For:Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school OR6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training ORAn equivalent combination of education and experienceBusiness-to-business customer service experience - requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, company policies, and sales programsBasic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and commissionsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detailAbility to meet monthly performance goalsWhat You'll Do as an Order Entry Clerk:Review and process orders from internal teams and online platforms with a high degree of accuracyReview and release sales quotes, communicating any issues promptlyRespond to incoming calls and emails regarding order inquiries and status updatesCollaborate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics teams to resolve order-related issuesResearch inventory, backorders, and order discrepancies to provide accurate informationProcess credits, debits, order changes, and cancellationsMaintain in-depth knowledge of products, processes, and promotions to assist customers effectivelyPull and review daily and weekly order-related reportsResolve basic and complex order issues using structured problem-solving techniquesCreate, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentationsProvide backup support to team members and assist with training new employeesPerform additional duties as assigned
