Order Estimates ClerkJoin Our Team at Mitutoyo America Corporation! Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service? Mitutoyo America Corporation, a global leader in precision measuring instruments and technology, is seeking an Order Estimates Clerk to join our Calibration & Repair team.In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our customers by preparing service estimates, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely communication throughout the calibration and repair process.If you enjoy working with customers, managing details, and being part of a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply!What You'll DoPrepare accurate pricing estimates for calibration and repair services.Receive, process, and enter customer orders into the computer system.Maintain organized and accurate records for active and completed service orders.Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing.Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Department regarding customer account and credit information.Assist customers, distributors, and regional offices with questions related to calibration and repair invoices.Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional specialized training preferred.Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Accuracy and efficiency when entering and maintaining information.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Work Schedule & EnvironmentFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.Work involves office, calibration laboratory, and warehouse environments.No travel required.Why Join Mitutoyo?At Mitutoyo America Corporation, you'll be part of an organization recognized worldwide for precision, quality, and innovation.
