StevenDouglas is partnering with a global hospitality and travel brand headquartered in Miami to find a hands-on Treasury Lead. This is a high-visibility role for a treasury professional who wants a real seat at the table: shaping strategy alongside finance leadership, modernizing how treasury operates, and developing a team. It’s an ideal next step for a Senior Treasury Analyst or Assistant Treasury Manager ready to lead.

\n
• Own daily, short-term, and long-term liquidity planning so the business is always funded for operating and capital needs
\n
• Oversee domestic and international cash operations, banking partners, merchant processors, and corporate card programs
\n
• Manage letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds that support operations
\n
• Build and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls
\n
• Partner with the Director of Finance & Treasury to shape treasury strategy that supports the company’s growth plans
\n
• Bring analysis and recommendations on market trends, treasury opportunities, and emerging risks
\n
• Lead the approach to managing FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk, including hedging activity and compliance
\n
• Own treasury reporting, cash forecasting, and scenario analysis for leadership
\n
• Support lender relationships, covenant compliance, and related reporting
\n
• Lead the rollout of treasury technology and automation to sharpen efficiency and reporting
\n
• Oversee ERP integrations and drive continuous improvement
\n
• Represent treasury on high-impact initiatives, including business expansion and new revenue programs
\n
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Senior Treasury Analyst
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
\n
• 5–7 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience, with hands-on treasury exposure
\n
• Experience with liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and bank relationship management
\n
• Working knowledge of FX and interest rate hedging and financial risk management
\n
• Familiarity with letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds
\n
• Experience with treasury technology or ERP integrations, plus advanced Excel skills
\n
• Comfort partnering with senior finance leadership and mentoring others
\n
