As a Server in our casual dining establishment, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service through efficient order taking, food delivery, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will support a small team of 1-5 servers, manage open and close duties, and ensure smooth operations during busy weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables
• Engage positively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Set up and maintain clean, organized tables
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and specials
• Keep dining and service areas clean and tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality service

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
