Job Details Liaise with teams and hiring managers to identify their talent needs Source potential candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching Review resumes and perform initial phone screens Manage offer stage, including performing background checks Act as primary contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers Provide seamless and positive hiring experience for all candidates Pay rate: $42-47 per hour, based on experience Time Commitment: 35 hours per week Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years’ experience in recruiting with a specialization in tech roles Must be a LinkedIn Recruiter expert Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through #J-18808-Ljbffr
