Only LOCAL CANDIDATEJob DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to provide quality support and services to the public and agency through the development of our Client's websites, applications, online environments and other Web-related initiatives using best practices, including user-center design and responsive design. The Application Developer performs new development and design for our Client's websites, applications, and social media environments that meet technical and functional requirements; performs fixes and maintenance of existing Web-related environments; troubleshoots existing website coding issues; engages with team and stakeholders to understand and establish functional requirements; contributes to project-related documentation and prepares technical documentation; produces deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle; and conducts quality assurance activities and testing to maintain and improve applications and systems.The main functions of the position include to develop and maintain websites, Web applications, social media applications and other dynamic Web content.
