The Data Entry Coordinator is a key member of the team in upholding our service philosophy and providing the highest level of customer service.In this position, you are expected to look for ways to help deliver on our promise to our customers in the most efficient, accurate, and customer-focused manner possible. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while supporting the Customer Service team and management.ResponsibilitiesEnter, verify, and update data in multiple database systems with precision and speedGenerate and maintain reportsAudit daily sales and conduct position audits to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to company procedures and standardsOversee and execute text communications with customersOversee all email and voicemail communications from customersHandle all indirect mail from customersManage and respond to website communications from customersPrint and process postage for statements, surveys, and other customer mailingsTrain new Customer Service employees on applicable processes and proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer serviceAssist with special projects and provide support to management as neededPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsProficiency in managing databases for efficient data entry and retrievalStrong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Teams, Excel, Word, and OutlookPosition RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDMinimum of one year of office experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in managing databases for efficient data entry and retrievalStrong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
