As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to crafting cross-product analytical and UX solutions that enable teams to take a more informed decision around important abuse fighting topics. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead multiple programs within Insights and UX, collaborating cross-functionally to define program scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, driving OKRs to completion. Manage relationships with key partner teams, support collaboration, and ensure the success of cross-functional initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on program performance and opportunities for improvement. Identify process improvement areas within scope programs to bring efficiencies in the overall process. Develop documentation and establish communication protocols to ensure visibility, alignment, and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders. Partner with Core Infrastructure, Data Science and Analytics, and UX teams to establish an analytical and data-driven culture across the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Google
